Already a happn user but can’t log in the usual way? No need to remember a password on happn, we don’t use them.
👉 First things first: when creating your profile, did you add your e-mail to reinforce your account’s security?
If not, please contact our Support Team. Share as much info as possible (your e-mail, phone number with country code, name, and date of birth) so we can help you locate your account.
If yes, great! You can recover your account. Here's how:
On the login screen, choose Network issues? option.
You’ll need to enter the e-mail address you added when you reinforced your account’s security.
Type your e-mail and proceed when it looks right.
Please check your e-mail, we just sent you a message.
If you didn’t receive anything:
- check your spam folder,
- try another e-mail address, or
- log in using a different method.
Click the recovery link and you’ll be redirected to the app.
Note: the recovery link can be clicked only once.
