If you're having trouble logging into your account, please check the following:

Make sure you’re connected to a stable Wi-Fi, 4G, or 5G network.

Ensure you have the latest version of the happn app installed.

Confirm that your phone number is still active and able to receive messages.

If you're using an Apple ID, make sure it’s correctly configured in your iPhone settings and that iCloud is activated.

If you're logging in with a Google account, confirm that it’s correctly set up in your Android settings.
If everything seems fine and you're still unable to log in, it’s possible that your access has been temporarily blocked due to multiple unsuccessful login attempts. In that case, we recommend trying again after 24 hours.
