You want to delete your happn account? Here’s how to do it step by step.
Before you begin, make sure you don’t have an active subscription. Deleting your account will not automatically cancel it. If you do have a subscription, you need to cancel it directly in the store where it was purchased (App Store or Google Play). Follow this guide for detailed instructions.
Once that’s done, just follow the steps below.
From the home screen, tap your profile picture at the top right. This will open your personal space and the app settings.
Scroll down until you see Settings, then tap on it.
In Settings, open the section called My Data.
Choose Delete my account from the options.
Not sure yet? You can pause your account instead. This will hide your profile but keep everything safe until you come back. If you really want to leave for good, tap Delete my account.
Select up to three reasons for leaving. This helps us improve the app, but it won’t stop you from deleting your account.
Want to share a bit more? You can add a message if you’d like. Then, tap Confirm deletion to finish. Please note, this action is permanent.
All done, your account has been deleted. If you had a subscription, remember to cancel it separately in the store where you purchased it.
