You manage your happn Premium subscription directly from the store where you subscribed (Apple App Store or Google Play). Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription. After any modification or cancellation, you keep your Premium benefits until the end of the current billing period.
Choose the store where you subscribed below and follow the steps:
View or change your plan
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
- Tap your Apple ID (your name at the top) > Subscriptions.
- Select happn to view your current plan and next renewal date.
- To change your plan, choose the option that suits you and confirm.
Cancel your subscription
- Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > happn.
- Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.
Tip: You can also go through the
App Store > your profile (top
right) > Subscriptions.
View or change your plan
- Open the Google Play app.
- Tap your profile icon (top right) > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.
- Select happn to view your current plan and renewal date.

To change your plan, tap Manage
(or Change plan if available),
choose a new plan and confirm.
If the Change plan option does not appear, cancel first and then re-subscribe to the desired plan.
Cancel your subscription
- In Google Play > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > happn.
- Tap Cancel subscription and follow the steps to confirm.
Good to know
- Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period.
- If you don't see happn in your subscriptions, make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID / Google account used for the purchase.
- If the Cancel option doesn't appear, your subscription may already be cancelled and will expire on the date shown.
- Billing, receipts, and refunds are handled by Apple or Google, according to their policies.
