If you have created your account with your phone number, you have to log in using the same phone number, the same name as the one that you used for your first connection and your date of birth. Your phone number is then directly linked to your account.
If you change phone numbers, please make sure to contact our Customer Service so that we can link your existing account to your new phone number, as you can’t do it yourself directly from the app. Logging into the app with your new phone number could create a new account and prevent you from using the other one.
When contacting the Customer Service, please indicate both phone numbers (the old one and the new one) as well as the main information of your account so that we can find it easily.
