If your account has been banned, it means that it was reported by other users and/or that you didn't respect our Terms of Service. But don't worry, if you feel that you were unfairly banned, you can contact our Customer Service: they will look into your case and make sure to reactivate your account if the ban is not justified. When you contact them, please make sure to give as many details as possible regarding your account (email/phone number used to register, name on the app...) so that they can find it easily.
